IndES module
The Avery Dennison IndES Elastic Staple System securely fastens items such as hardware or toys to backing cards, improving customer interaction with the product. The strong pliable staples stretch to a wide variety of product shapes and sizes.

Reinforced Backing Solution
The Reinforced Backing Solution module provides enhanced security and improved tensile strength to packaging when used with the IndES Elastic Staple System.

Our systems feature fastener lengths ranging from 15 millimetres through 200 millimetres, and tensile grades from standard to heavy duty. Staples are pliable and can stretch for a wide variety of product shapes and sizes. PS-2/PLUS Heavy tagging Indes staple machine

Reliability, productivity and speed are together with great ergonomics and accuracy the main attributes of the new pneumatic automated portable tagging machine. With the super long fine needle, PS-2/PLUS is irreplaceable for tagging or packing super thick packs of socks, towels and carpets.

With SUPER long needle you can pack all kinds of ultra thick materials. Overall needle length (101 mm) gives the opportunity to pack thickness from 15 mm up to 100 mm. Perfect solution for tagging 5-10 pairs of socks, doormats, pads, carpets, etc.

Thanks to its compact design and quick activation, the portable automated tagging machine PS-2/PLUS can be easily integrated into all kinds of packaging lines. Irreplaceable for all manufacturers who need to tag thick materials and want to simplify their workﬂow, increase productivity and reduce the costs of packaging.

Each machine is made with the highest precision and tailored to end-consumer requirements. The heart of the machine is powered by an Avery Dennison IndES module which ensures the highest standard of industry quality and reliability. Features

Super Long Needle

The specially designed 101 mm (3,9 inch) long Ball Point needle pushes the fabric away, leaving no damage to your product.

Portable & universal

PS-2/PLUS is portable and can be easily transported by a handle. We designed this machine for a wide range of product sizes and shapes.

Energy saving

Only air supply is required to operate the machine. None of the Tagson machines need electricity and are energy-saving.

Air gun

PS-2/PLUS comes equipt with an air gun that helps you keep your working area and the machine clean.

Laser marker

PS-2/PLUS is equipped with two laser markers that mark the exact point where the needle/s will hit the surface.

Safety control

Elastic staples

Elastic staples are stretchable and do not break if the product is thicker than the length of the staples. By using 10,000 IndES staples per roll in comparison to 100 fasteners per clip, the productivity is increased and labour costs may be reduced.

Foot pedal (optional)

As an option, a foot pedal can be installed giving you improved handling over your product during the packaging process.
