Pneumatic tool SPU Mark II Industrial Standard Long E-Rod for Long Needle. Using pneumatic Swiftach Power Unit instead of hand tool when tagging or packaging, greatly increases productivity. Premium quality from USA keeps your production running at high speed. This module can be installed on TAGSON PS-1 or any other cradle units.

Using pneumatic Swiftach Power Unit instead of hand tool (tagging gun) when tagging or packaging, greatly increases productivity. With standard configurations, the operator  will be able to use both hands to handle the product and tags and apply the fastener by depressing a button or footswitch. For further productivity, the machines can help compress the materials and can even incorporate to automated systems.

 

Standard Industrial Long Needle Module

This module will feed any Standard Fabric fastener with a filament length of 9 mm or more and use of standard long needle. This tool is used for standard materials. Will feed STANDARD fasteners with a filament length of 7 mm up to 65 mm
