Fine Fabric Industrial 48 mm EXTRA LONG Needle Module

The SPU modules are high quality to endure tough industrial use. Each module is designed to match the dimensions of a specific fastener group and needle length.

Pneumatic tool SPU Industrial FINE Long E-Rod for Long Needle. Using pneumatic Swiftach Power Unit instead of hand tool when tagging or packaging, greatly increases productivity. Premium quality from USA keeps your production running at high speed. This module can be installed on TAGSON PS-1 or any other cradle units.

Using pneumatic Swiftach Power Unit instead of hand tool (tagging gun) when tagging or packaging, greatly increases productivity. With standard configurations, the operator will be able to use both hands to handle the product and tags and apply the fastener by depressing a button or footswitch. For further productivity, the machines can help compress the materials and can even incorporate to automated systems.

 

Fine Industrial Long Needle Module

This module will feed any Fine Fabric fastener with a filament length of 9 mm or more and use the 05018 needle only. This tool is used for fine materials. Will feed FINE fasteners with a filament length of 7 mm up to 50 mm.
